We had a great stay but the pictures are not accurate and look like they haven't been updated in 3-4 years. The house is nice but definitely showing it's age. The living room has a small uncomfortable couch and 2 small chairs but otherwise no furniture and the pool area is worn. Personally I think the house is overpriced given the condition.That being said, Leslee has a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The house is an 8 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Comfortable beds and good AC/heat. Wouldn't stay again but had a good experience nonetheless.

This place was amazing…so clean and spacious! Just perfect for 7 adults so that we weren’t on top of each other. The decor was very tasteful as well! And Lesley was always so quick to respond to all my questions.

Great view and location. Beautiful kitchen and living room. Den is not a true den but stair landing. We were counting on it for kids to sleep but only space for one. Home has all the amenities you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous home & location!

The house worked perfectly for us. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. One of the highlights was watching dolphins off of the dock.

We wanted something by the water for a guys golf trip…location is nice. Sadly, rained a couple days and didn’t get to partake in the pool or hot tub, but still a good vibe. Clean place, Lesley was very quick to respond, had a good time here.

Loved the house, loved the view!

The house was perfect for our family. 3 couples- one family has 2 small children. Can’t beat the views and loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Lesley was wonderful!

Walk to the Beach, Chill by the Pool and Bay

We have family based in Clearwater, so this was a wonderful place to make a home-base for those of us flying in from outta town. The photos understate the ambiance and comfort of the place. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to the sugar sand beaches. We all loved it here.

Perfect location!

This is a lovely house and plenty big enough for 8 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water views. The kitchen is well appointed and communication with the owner was easy and I always got a very quick response. The location is PERFECT! Quick walk to the beach, marina, and restaurants. And also on a quiet street. We will look to stay here again during our next trip to Clearwater.

Amazing house

Had an amazing time in Clearwater and this house made it so!!! So clean and beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Everything in walking distance. Highlight of the trip was watching the dolphins swimming right by us on the dock!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Beautiful house and perfect location

I absolutely love Clearwater so staying here was perfect. The house is large enough to accommodate everyone with enough privacy. The outside deck and pool are fun. The view of the canal is beautiful. Cannot beat the location, can walk, cart or drive to all restaurants and beach in no time. Host was easily accessible if needed. Great communication! Thank you Leslie!

On the bay, near the beach

We loved the property! The owner was easy to work with and the property was exactly what we were looking for! We had a group of 8 - ages 14 to 52, and there was something for everyone!! We saw dolphins, a variety of birds, caught fish and crabs in the bay. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach. Perfect property for us

Family Time

We recently spent 4 nights at this lovely home for a few quieter days between theme park visits. The location on the canal which was also walkable to the beach was great. Our two little boys enjoyed the pool very much and my husband was thrilled with the fishing available by charter nearby. Leslie was very responsive, helpful and personable. The home is very nicely kept and we found we had all we needed. Thank you Leslie for allowing your home to be part of our most recent vacation family memories!

What you see isn't what you get

We chose this place with grassy backyard for our dogs and and the grass was gone and was replaced by sharp sea shells. Issues/damage in the house from people before us and we had to be interrupted for repairs and problems. Pool/spa never worked properly and no instructions.
